Through trade shows, phone, email and in-person visits, I develop long-term partnerships. I ask the right questions and listen to what their challenges are and what they want. Then I really think about what best will meet their needs based on my 18 years of experience here and the expertise of Omnipress staff . I share the ideas and estimates so they can make an informed decision.Then I follow through on all commitments. (The best part of my job is knowing that all my promises are backed up by the incredible team here.)
