I have worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 18 years working with education and social change organizations. I have experience in the design of training, leadership development, professional programs, activities and products as well as project management, curriculum design, marketing communications and volunteer management.

I enjoy capacity building,  nonprofit management, adult learning, distance learning, curriculum development, leadership development, training, volunteer management.

I am currently pursuing a Masters in Organization Development at American University.
